Danielle advises healthcare organizations on merger and affiliation efforts, joint ventures, and other transactions, including partner selection, partnership development and deal structuring, negotiation, and process facilitation. She also provides advice on a range of financial and business planning initiatives. She has worked with health systems, community hospitals, academic medical centers, behavioral health providers, health plans and CINs/ACOs.

Danielle was most recently Director of Corporate Development for Universal Health Services. In this capacity she was responsible for a wide range of transactions across the company’s many markets, including joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. These transactions spanned ambulatory surgery centers, home health, hospitals, behavioral health, physician groups, Medicare Advantage plans and ACOs.
She has also worked with organizations in the government and non-profit sector on projects related to policy and planning, and has taught both in the United States and abroad.
Danielle received designation as a certified valuation analyst (CVA) National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. She holds a Master of Health Administration from the Sloan Program in Health Administration at Cornell University, and a BS in Policy Analysis and Management, also from Cornell University.
